We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
PHILIPINO ONLY
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their requests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all clinic areas, including waiting rooms, consultation rooms, restrooms, and administrative offices.
- Regularly sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas as per health and safety protocols.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and used responsibly.
- Dispose of waste and medical waste in accordance with clinic policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist in laundry and linen services as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Experience in hospitality or janitorial services will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is desirable for maintaining large facilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
