Responsibilities:
- Gathering property details and coordinating the development of relevant marketing materials.
- Staying informed on the latest rules and regulations governing Dubai’s residential property market.
- Conducting property valuations and participating in the process.
- Organizing and attending property viewings.
- Negotiating with potential buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage to the offer stage.
- Tracking the progress of sales and leases, collaborating with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams for support.
- Making follow-up calls to clients after each viewing to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
- Keeping current with local market trends and property developments.
- Proactively generating new business opportunities through networking and the company’s database.
Requirements:
- UAE driving license and vehicle
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and client service.
- Sales experience is a plus, though not a necessity.
- Smart Business Dress is required
- A commission-based role with highly rewarding earning potential.
