Housekeeping Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your responsibilities include overseeing the housekeeping team, implementing cleaning schedules, and maintaining high standards. You lead by example, fostering a positive and efficient work environment, while actively contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence of the hotel.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring efficient service on guest floors.
- Provide necessary resources, such as keys and supplies, to Housekeeping Attendants for their daily tasks.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with care, ensuring effective resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Inspect guest rooms regularly, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to the hotel’s quality assurance standards.
- Monitor room status and communicate effectively with the Front Office Department for efficient operations.
- Report damaged items and broken equipment to the Engineering Department and follow set procedures for lost and found items.
- Order Housekeeping supplies on time and manage inventory procedures to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance, providing feedback and reporting any issues to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
- Train Room Attendants on Standards of Performance (SOPs) to maintain desired performance levels and uphold quality assurance standards.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
Cleaner
We’re hiring Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at residential and commercial client sites. This is a direct-hire role with SAANVI—no agencies, no fees charged to candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas (offices, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, stairways).
- Sanitize washrooms; replenish supplies (soap, tissue, sanitizer).
- Collect and dispose of waste safely; segregate recyclable materials where applicable.
- Clean glass, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, single-disc/auto-scrubber after training).
- Follow HSE guidelines; use PPE; report hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Complete daily checklists and handovers; respond to urgent cleaning requests.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred (facilities, hotels, or FM).
- Physically fit; able to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights during shift.
- Basic communication in English or Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam.
- Willing to work 8–10 hours/day, 6 days/week; day or night shifts as per site.
- Can join in Dubai; immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & benefits:
- Basic salary: AED 1,800 – 2,200 per month (depends on experience & site).
- Option A (Company-provided): shared accommodation + transportation provided.
- Option B (All-inclusive): AED 2,000 – 2,400 if you arrange your own accommodation/transport.
- Overtime paid as per UAE Labour Law.
- Company visa, Emirates ID, and medical insurance provided after selection.
- Uniform & PPE provided; training on equipment and chemicals.
- Annual leave and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Work schedule:
- 8–10 hour shifts (morning/evening/night) depending on client site.
- Weekly off as rostered.
