About the Role
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Babysitter to join our team. The Babysitter will assist teachers and teaching assistants in caring for young children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children aged 1,5 – 5 years under the guidance of class teachers
- Assist during playtime, meals, nap times, and activities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Support teachers in preparing materials and setting up activities
- Attend to children’s basic needs such as hygiene, comfort, and safety
- Communicate effectively with teachers and team members
Requirements
- CACHE 1 or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children (nursery, daycare, or home setting)
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of child safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to start soon
