Centerstone Cleaning Services, a leading provider of premium property management solutions in Dubai, is seeking meticulous and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Holiday Home Cleaners. Unlike general cleaning, this role focuses on the high-end short-term rental market (Airbnb/VRBO), where guest satisfaction and “five-star” presentation are the top priorities.
As a Holiday Home Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming properties into pristine, welcoming environments for incoming tourists and business travelers. If you have a sharp eye for detail and understand the importance of guest experience, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Turnover Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning between guest stays, ensuring the property meets hotel-standard cleanliness.
- Staging & Presentation: Arrange furniture, decor, and amenities (coffee pods, toiletries, welcome baskets) to match company branding and listing photos.
- Linen Management: Stripping and making beds to hotel standards; managing the removal of soiled linens and the stocking of fresh towels.
- Sanitization: Deep-clean and sanitize high-touch areas, restrooms, kitchens, and appliances to ensure a hygienic stay for every new guest.
- Inventory Tracking: Conduct routine checks of household items (kitchenware, lightbulbs, batteries) and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Damage Reporting: Inspect properties immediately upon entry for any guest-inflicted damages or maintenance issues and document them via photo/video.
- Waste Management: Empty all trash, clean bins, and ensure no food items or perishables are left behind by previous guests.
- Deep Cleaning: Execute periodic deep cleans and balcony/window maintenance to protect the property’s long-term value.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience as a cleaner, specifically within the hospitality, hotel, or holiday home sector.
- The “Five-Star” Eye: Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding hair-free floors, streak-free glass, and perfectly made beds.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with professional cleaning chemicals and the safe operation of equipment like steam cleaners and high-pressure washers.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight “check-in/check-out” windows (typically between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to report property status and guest feedback to the management team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of rapid turnovers and moving cleaning kits between different locations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate guest booking patterns.
- Reliability: High level of integrity when working independently in high-value private residences.
