JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years’ experience working as a nanny.
- Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded.
- Proven work experience as a Child carer.
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Patience and the ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Must have a caring and compassionate attitude.
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Always supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of children
- Help with household chores related to the children, such as preparing laundry, cleaning bedrooms, arranging wardrobes and travel packing.
- Arrange and organize children’s clothes, ensuring they are clean, folded, and put away properly. Arrange clothing that are too small or damaged for parents’ review.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child’s progress or concerns.
- Promptly report any hazards to the appropriate authority and follow established emergency protocols, ensuring safety is in place and functioning properly.
- Ability to recognize and report any issues with pets in the room to the respective departments.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment, including tidying play areas and toys. Maintain a clutter-free and safe environment in areas the children frequently use, such as playrooms and common spaces.
- Ensure children are ready for school, including assisting with dressing and packing bags.
- Travel with the children, including dropping them off and picking them up from school.
- Monitor children’s behaviour and provide guidance to encourage positive habits.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared according to children’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with the tailoring or laundry services for any necessary adjustments to children’s clothing (e.g., altering or repairing clothes).
- Monitor and track the stock of essential supplies required for the children’s care, such as diapers,

- Maintain an inventory of monthly amenities, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
- Maintain a par level of all necessary medications needed, as advised by the doctor or the parents. Keep medical records always updated.
- Coordinate the purchase or replenishment of necessary items, ensuring all children’s needs are met without delay.
- Regularly assess the condition of existing supplies (e.g., toys, clothes) and make recommendations for replacement or upgrades.
- Must be willing to travel.
