Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Foreman who will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff while also actively participating in cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff
- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team when required
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
- Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
- Handle cleaning equipment and materials efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and report issues to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Foreman / Supervisor in UAE
- Ability to work and supervise at the same time (hands-on role)
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (if required)
