Cleaner

Production Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic and organized facility. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detailoriented and capable of working independently to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties across the site.
• Routine deep cleaning schedules (monthly deep cleans in high-traffic areas).
• Manage site waste disposal activities. Ensure proper segregation of waste ( hazardous, recyclable, general) in line with company policy.
• Restock supplies in communal areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse , labs , production and office areas
• Adhere to company health and safety guidelines, including raw material handling protocols.
• Promptly report any workplace hazards or safety concerns.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
• Skills and Attributes Required

  • Reliable and enthusiastic team player.
  • Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills: reading and writing skills (essential).
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience with stackers or forklifts (preferred).
  • Basic Education.
