Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Required qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (experience in industrial projects is a plus).
3-5 years experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in working with CAD, MS-Office, and ERP systems (such as SAP).
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Experience in industrial automation.
Digital project management and automation is a plus.
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English (German is an added advantage).
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities :

Perform maintenance on mechanical machinery and equipment (such as stamping, punching, forming, and vehicle machines), including inspections, cleaning, and lubrication.
Solving mechanical problems in manufacturing systems.
Training new employees on the use of new automation technologies.
Preparing technical documents, operating instructions, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Create machine safety concepts and data concepts.
Mechanical design and assembly of machinery and equipment.
Integration of robotic systems and automated components into existing production processes.
Conducting functional and performance tests on automation systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Introducing Industry 4.0 technologies (such as 3D printing, predictive maintenance, and simulation).
