Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always well-kept.
- Supervising and managing other staff members
- Organizing and liaising with outside contractors
- Training other staff members
- Organizing and overseeing maintenance of the property
- Ensuring the property is always secure, clean
- Organizing family and household events
- Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
- Serving drinks and food
- Housekeeping duties
- Coordinate with all household staff
- Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished
- Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer
Job Description
- Household managers take on the work of managing every detail of the home, from upkeep and maintenance to day-to-day task lists.
- They will oversee other household staff members, housekeepers, helper, chef, drivers, security guard.
- They make sure everything is taken care of form daily task like grocery, to household chores.
- Their goal is to make life easier for the family.
Requirements
- Speaks English
- University Diploma/University Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Female / Male
- Had worked as House Manager
Skills & Qualifications
- Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
- Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
- Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organized
- Having a good memory is also a distinct advantage
